There are many ways that you can partner with EWOP to empower women in prison to transform their lives. Giving of yourself by serving others will result in helping women gain confidence and encouragement to find meaningful work when released from prison.
Executive VolunteersYou'll interview participants one-on-one inside the prison during Think Tank and Business Planning Workshops to help them learn business expertise and planning for their future.

AmbassadorsHelp raise awareness about EWOP and how we empower women in and out of prison. Recruit volunteers, identify and solicit donors, and partner with companies looking to hire skilled employees.

"When I first began volunteering with incarcerated individuals, I thought that I could use my career experience to advise on business plans and help reduce recidivism. What I didn’t expect was the impact my involvement would have on my own life. It is rare to see a group of people so determined to change the direction of their lives, so willing to acknowledge the failings of their past and resolute to succeed in the future. I have learned from my incarcerated sisters to embrace hardship, avoid judgmental tendencies, be a life-long learner and to live with hope. Volunteers are needed inside and outside prison to come alongside EWOP staff to pour into the lives of women wanting to change their present life, and their trajectory for their future. We are always looking for business savvy leaders who want to serve and support women with a plan and a purpose. Invite friends to come along with you. You WILL be blessed and your friends will walk away with an experience they will never forget. Don't forget to sign up as preregistration is key to access inside the prison.
